Went with my mom and was so entertained. Liz Mitchell IS the amazing talent that made Boney M the icon it is and she has God given talent! We sang, clapped, cheered and savoured every moment! Hope they return next year as we are telling friends and family it is a must go!!! Please return … you are fantastic!!!!

AMAZING SHOW AND EXPERIENCE
Bottom line of my review:
I think they listened to any negstive feedback and corrected jt; because that was AMAZING! They crushed it!
They were AWESOME! Where to even start? They did all their biggest hits. Both christmas and their main stream hits. It was a good mix, and each song was a great follow-up to the next.
They came out for an encore of 3 songs including Rasputin, Rivers of Babylon, and an xmas song.
The entire thing was about 2 hours, so solid length of time.
At the end they invited all kids in attendance up on stage and it was really nice they got to sing feliz navidad with them. And they were actively taking pictures with the audience and engaging them.
I felt like it was an entire experience. Even though our venue was very seated she invtied all i attendance to stand and dance and everything. It was definitly worth it.

WORTH IT!
All I can say is wow! Went to the Ottawa show last night and it was so good! Great energy, great music! They played all the classics and if not all then most of their Christmas album. I would love to see them again! I think it was also really special that she invited the children on stage to sing and dance with her. Great memories were made! Would highly recommend this show to any Boney M fan!

Fantastic concert but at 1 hr 2o minutes, it’s too short, so at $80 pp, our group of 4 felt ripped
off because of the length of the show.

SHORT SHOW
Very energetic and entertaining! However, I think driving into Grey Eagle from glenmore turnoff and finding parking lasted longer than the actual show. When you are paying almost $200 for 2 tickets shouldn’t the show be longer? Would loved to have heard more Boney M and less of opening act.

THE MALE SINGER/DANCER MADE THE SHOW! NAME, PLEASE?
Maizie Williams seemed out of place, to be honest. The backup singers/dancers were far better and the band was amazing.
If the ladies worked out tighter choreo, the show would be far better. One number included large feather fans being held by the ladies and those fans were everywhere, never in unison. It was really distracting.
What really made the show was the male singer/dancer! He had tons of energy and charisma, all the moves, never upstaged anyone, and singlehandedly raised the show to the next level. Unfortunately his mike wasn't loud enough so he got drowned out unless he was doing lead vocals on a song.
What is his name? I can't find it anywhere online.

There were good parts and not so good. We found that we enjoyed the last half of the show better than the first. The lead singers voice was not very good. The back-ups sounded better. We also didn't care to be shamed into standing for many songs. I believe most people there, which were mature adults, were there to watch a performance and not to be performing. Another mistake was having a guy strut around the stage with his shirt off. Even my 30 year old daughter was turned off by that. I think this group needs to adapt their show to the age of the audience. Since this was a matinee show just before Christmas, we were expecting more of their Christmas music. They didn't play much of it. Hate to say it, but we enjoyed the opening performers better. Rosie and the Riveters.
