WHAT IS ELLEN THINKING?

I have a lot of respect for Ellen Degeneres which is why I attended the show. I expected stand up comedy but I kept an open mind for the interview concept. The questions were bland and predictable. I'm not a huge fan of Ellen's and even I didn't learn anything new from her answers. I can imagine a big fan being more disappointed. She seemed uninterested, tired and not wanting to be there. For the price we paid for tickets it was a disappointment. They could easily have opened the floor for questions from the audience. I think those would have been more interesting. Save your money.

ELLEN TORONTO SHOW

Not sure what of what I expected of show , I was disappointed expected more, no Ellen Merchandise for sale before show,, no comedy skid from her which again sort of expected, questions and answers was just from the interviewer, some audience participation would have been nice.. a bit boring no energy or even a little dance upon appearance, very happy to have the opportunity to see her , but personally not worth the price..I still love her though..

I was thoroughly disappointed with the show. It was all about things, that if you were a true Ellen fan, you would already know. The show could have been done a number of different ways, like her doing stand-up about her life etc. For the price of tickets, it was a total let down. To me it felt like she didn't have any energy, and couldn't wait for it to be over.

CONFUSED FAN

I anticipated the show on March 3, I have a lot of love and respect for Ellen and to see her live to me was once in a lifetime experience. I feel someone really dropped the ball here, for what fans paid and the amount of time it took to get into Toronto, near the theatre and then home again, it really was not worth it. Its almost like no thought at all was put into the planning of this show. It would have been great to have Marilyn Dennis interview Ellen, can you imagine how lively and engaged they would both be. The fellow who they chose (from Alberta i beleive) was so boring and certainly did not bring out the best in Ellen. This is the first time I have been to a show of this type and will probably not do it again.

I agree with all of the other one star ratings comments. It was so disappointing. Love Ellen but we left there feeling robbed.

DISAPPOINTED

Was so excited to see Ellen and so disappointed with the excessive preshow. It went on and on. When Ellen finally came on stage, the interviewer lacked skill. From online reports this was not his only appearance with Ellen which only makes it more disappointing. It was a short interview with nothing new. Respect Ellen and find her so inspirational; however, this interview/show/conversation was a big disappointment

I agree with all the reviews. It was horrible and a waste of time. Ellen was off her game, she seemed disgusted and uninterested. I really want a refund!!!
