Amazing show. The Toronto show was amazing and very candid. Over an hour of actual hearing from Ellen. Got much more than my money’s worth.
Julie Kaminski from Toronto, Ontario
AMAZING
Worth every penny.. She was truly inspiring!!
Jan from Victoria, British Columbia
ELLEN WAS GREAT!
Ellen herself was great!! She is truly an amazing person and Love
Love Love her energy.
However, we sure could have done without all the plugs from
Company representatives blowing their own horns as to how
great they are at overcharging their clients so they can donate
ridiculous amounts of money to their favourite causes. And I'm
pretty sure they get amazing tax breaks on those donations,
thanks to their hard working overcharged clients. Was seriously
disappointed in Rogers Arena for putting everyone, who paid a
great deal of money to see Ellen, through over an hour of their
pathetic rants!!
Smellie from Toronto, Ontario
WE LOVE ELLEN
The energy of a stadium filled with women is not to be underestimated.
The Tenors were terrific, a total surprise and so good, hearing everyone sing along was tremendously overwhelming. The power of Live Music!!!
Ellen was talkative and funny and Dave Kelly did a good job interviewing her of course. The only negative would be we wanted more Ellen less of everything else. And more stand up would have been excellent since Ellen fans have already bought what she is selling.
Dee from Vancouver, British Columbia
NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT, AND I UNDERSTAND WHY
I agree with the majority of the comments here. I was disappointed when the conversation
ended. There was too much talk from the sponsors, and I also didn't like the moderator.
One thing I felt was that it was an event with the "old white man" feel. I don't mean to
sound racist, but Ellen is a lesbian, she was brought down by old white men in Hollywood. I
could feel that she was guarded.
If they had a different moderator - a minority of some kind, then that might have helped
her take her guard down a bit, but it wasn't Ellen like we see her on her own show. Or even
in other interviews. And mainly b/c it wasn't her own show. It was a show sponsored by
Telus and TD bank. And both companies are run by old white men.
I was happy and excited to see Ellen in Vancouver, but there was potential for a much more
entertaining and meaningful conversation. As far as I'm concerned, the conversation felt
like people talking about the weather.
Gracey Jai from Vancouver, British Columbia
MEH ... IT WAS OKAY
The show was scheduled to start at 7pm but what the
organizers didn’t share was for the first hour, the
captive audience would be subjected to one CEO
after another taking the stage to tout about how
great their organization was in supporting different
causes and projects. Then a random musical group
entertained the audience for about 15 minutes, which
was completely unexpected.
Finally, Ellen took to the stage at 8pm and was then
led through a scripted moderated interview. The
conversation focused on significant events in Ellen’s
life that any super fan would have already known and
seen on multiple media platforms. Was it cool to see
Ellen live and in person? Absolutely! Was she funny
and entertaining? Yes! Was a one hour talk that
mostly followed the story of Ellen that anyone could
figure out using Google worth the price of the
tickets?? I don’t think so,,,
Jen from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
I guess I should have done my homework and
looked into the description more first. I figured
it would be stand-up comedy but it wasn’t at
all. It was inspiring and neat learning about her
life but I was really looking forward to a night
full of laughter.
Jaclyn from Toronto, Ontario
ELLEN WAS INSPIRATIONAL !!
Ellen was inspirational and I learned more about her life experiences. However, considering the cost of the tickets, Ellen was not on stage long enough. The reporter who spoke about Ellen initially went on too long ,with some of the information being repetitive.
Enjoyed The Tenors.
Frank from Toronto, Ontario
ELLEN IN TORONTO
Not what I expected. I’m a big fan but to pay $300 per seat to just hear a conversation of things I already New about her was not worth it...Sorry...I’ll still be a fan though.
Eric from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOT WORTH IT
It's basically 45 min of ellen if that even and
a interview with a guy basically asking
questions you can hear on entertainment
tonight or already seen on her own show
plus some clips of her own show so nothing
new and exciting she doesnt dance she
doesnt di any sort of standup it's really like
watching a episode of entertainment tonight
.
Sophia from Vancouver, British Columbia
HORRIBLE INTERVIEWER WASTED AND DISRESPECTED ELLEN'S TIME
We were so lucky to have Ellen come to our city. She is an inspiration to millions, and an
incredible comedian. Whoever organized this event, did an atrocious job of selecting
and interviewer. He spent the entire hour asking shallow questions, and had clearly not
done enough research on who he was talking to. He asked about 5 of the same "wasn't
that amazing??" questions. A complete missed opportunity to have a deep and thought
provoking conversation. Ellen managed to fill up some of his idiotic questions with some
substantial answers, but he didn't ask her one single significant or meaningful question.
Everyone in my group of four felt the same, and I have talked to 5 others who also
attended who were equally disappointed. The content of the interview was not even
close to worth the price of the ticket, there was no information that can't be easily
learned by just watching Ellen's talk show. So disappointed and embarrassed for our city
that that night will be her memory of Vancouver
Mg from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN
disappointing! The event time was suppose to be until 10pm. Ellen was came on about
7:50 and was finished at 8:50. Too many clips of her show and not enough of Ellen
herself. Not sure Ellen herself was into this format "A conversation with Ellen". The
sponsors had as much time on stage as Ellen. Not worth the money spent.
Dianne from Vancouver, British Columbia
A CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN DEGENERES
I took my daughter and her best friend to see the show. We had
good seats. Ellen seemed tired, or in pain, her level of enthusiasm
to do the show appeared low. Although we can say "we saw Ellen
at Rogers", we left feeling disappointed. It appears people got to
their seats late, the show therefore didn't start for a while, once
she came on , it wasn't for much longer than an hour. Chatted
with a few people leaving the show who felt the same. We
expected more, we felt let down. We did not hear anything that
we don't already know. It appeared like her show was to simply
raise money for her Wildlife Fund. The best part of the night was
dinner nearby, the band prior to Ellen, seeing her walk out onto
the stage. I still love Ellen and will watch her show everyday,
however I'm sorry that I put out the kind of money I did to see her.
from Vancouver, British Columbia
HORRIBLE VALUE FOR THE $
Can’t believe tickets were $170 to hear some
guy talk about Ellen. Only an hour of Ellen! She
is supposed to be about the people but that’s
ridiculous
Rob from Vancouver, British Columbia
DISAPPOINTING - WAS HOPING FOR MORE LAUGHS!
This score of 2 stars is rather "kind". The show itself was quite disappointing.
Don't get me wrong, Ellen herself is very funny and can be quite entertaining. That
being said, the show started with too many people going on and on listing off
names of people and organizations that we were told made the show happen and
a long Telus infomercial promoting how much they do. The show started promptly
at 7 pm with the thank-you's and then a Canadian Juno nominee entertainer (who
I've never heard of) singing with a jazz band for approx 45 mins. He was talented
but we didn't pay to see him. Then a moderator appeared and introduced Ellen,
she came out (no dancing) and sat in a chair and was interviewed for about an
hour. That's it! A couple funny little stories and then she said thanks for coming,
the lights came on and it was over. All wrapped up by about 8:45. Kind of
disappointing as we expected to laugh more...
Mrs B from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN WHAT HAPPENED
The tickets weren't cheap but we were excited! Then after the show hugely disappointed.
After the beginning performance why was it necessary to have the next 30 min or more consumed by sponsers? I am sure they do amazing things but I didn't pay $145 to listen to them... NOT why I was there.
Ellen as much as I like her was not herself and her energy was lack luster.
The host was the wrong man for the job and I am not sure even Ellen was impressed.
The show would have been better received had she had a surprise guest and do what she does best or have her sit and tell stories and take questions from the audience.
The conversations have been had many times and seem to just go in circles. The questions just generic, where was Barbara Walters when you needed her.
I think Ellen is who she appears to be and she has such a vibe you would want to be around her...…...to bad we missed that energy this visit.
Sandy from Vancouver, British Columbia
MEH
Love Ellen but thus was a waste of money. Pre
scripted exactly-one-hour interview leading to
some basic stories we already knew. Totally
canned. Lots of filler.
For $150 I also shouldn’t have to sit through
speeches and commercials by Vancouver
Chamber if Commerce, TD and Telus. They
literally spoke as much as Ellen did.
B. Lepsoe from Surrey, British h Columbia
ELLEN, NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
While it’s great two groups brought Ellen to
Vancouver, their speeches could have been
much shorter, especially the TD speech.
Doesn’t make me want to get a bank account
there. While I thought the interviewer was
good, his questions were irrelevant because
the thousands of Ellen fans already know
about her. She was made to talk about things
she has talked about many times before. I was
waiting for the interview to end so Ellen could
take over and entertain us. I left feeling happy
to see her but disappointed about the show’s
format.
COLLEEN from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN LIVE @ ROGERS
TO BE HONEST, I WAS DISAPPOINTED. WHICH I HATE TO ADMIT TO ANYTHING ABOUT ELLEN.
SHE IS TALENTED, FUNNY, KIND, GENEROUS, THE LIST GOES ON. THIS INTERVIEW WAS WAY TOO
SCRIPTED BY A LACK LUSTRE INTERVIEWER. ANY FAN OF ELLEN'S ALREADY KNEW THE ANSWERS TO
THE OVER SCRIPTED QUESTIONS. THE FIRST HOUR WAS A WASTE OF TIME.
SERIOUSLY WITH ALL THE TALENT IN CANADA & SPECIFICALLY VANCOUVER, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN
WAY BETTER AND WORTH THE $$$ SPENT ON TICKETS. AN HOUR OF MONOLOGUE BY ELLEN
WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT.
Pete Jarvis from Hamilton,Ontario
ELLEN IN TORONTO 3/3/19
4 of us went to the show and were very surprised at how bad it was.Too much time wasted early with the band. The Q and A format was awful. We expected Ellen to be on by herself, telling stories and interacting with the crowd. My Wife and sister in law fell asleep.A waste of an hour drive and the cost of admission.
Guy from Ottawa, Ontario
WHAT IS ELLEN THINKING?
I have a lot of respect for Ellen Degeneres which is why I attended the show. I expected stand up comedy but I kept an open mind for the interview concept. The questions were bland and predictable. I'm not a huge fan of Ellen's and even I didn't learn anything new from her answers. I can imagine a big fan being more disappointed. She seemed uninterested, tired and not wanting to be there. For the price we paid for tickets it was a disappointment. They could easily have opened the floor for questions from the audience. I think those would have been more interesting. Save your money.
Joan from Toronto, Ontario
ELLEN TORONTO SHOW
Not sure what of what I expected of show , I was disappointed expected more, no Ellen Merchandise for sale before show,, no comedy skid from her which again sort of expected, questions and answers was just from the interviewer, some audience participation would have been nice.. a bit boring no energy or even a little dance upon appearance, very happy to have the opportunity to see her , but personally not worth the price..I still love her though..
Marie Jarvis from Toronto, Ontario
CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN
I was thoroughly disappointed with the show. It was all about things, that if you were a true Ellen fan, you would already know. The show could have been done a number of different ways, like her doing stand-up about her life etc. For the price of tickets, it was a total let down. To me it felt like she didn't have any energy, and couldn't wait for it to be over.
Cheryl from Toronto, Ontario
CONFUSED FAN
I anticipated the show on March 3, I have a lot of love and respect for Ellen and to see her live to me was once in a lifetime experience. I feel someone really dropped the ball here, for what fans paid and the amount of time it took to get into Toronto, near the theatre and then home again, it really was not worth it. Its almost like no thought at all was put into the planning of this show. It would have been great to have Marilyn Dennis interview Ellen, can you imagine how lively and engaged they would both be. The fellow who they chose (from Alberta i beleive) was so boring and certainly did not bring out the best in
Ellen. This is the first time I have been to a show of this type and will probably not do it again.
from Vancouver, British Columbia
VERY DISAPPOINTED
I agree with all of the other one star ratings comments. It was so disappointing. Love Ellen but we left there feeling robbed.
Katherine from Vancouver, British Columbia
DISAPPOINTED
Was so excited to see Ellen and so
disappointed with the excessive
preshow. It went on and on. When
Ellen finally came on stage, the
interviewer lacked skill. From online
reports this was not his only
appearance with Ellen which only
makes it more disappointing.
It was a short interview with nothing
new. Respect Ellen and find her so
inspirational; however, this
interview/show/conversation was a
big disappointment
Jessica from Vancouver, British Columbia
VERY DISAPPOINTED.. .WANT A REFUND!!
I agree with all the reviews. It was horrible
and a waste of time. Ellen was off her game,
she seemed disgusted and uninterested. I
really want a refund!!!
Kayla slaney from White rock
AGREE WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS...
I could go on about why I was disappointed with the
show... but literally all of the reviews on here summed
it up! Seeing Ellen was something I’ve always wanted
and the show was so disappointing and
uncomfortable tbh... hope she comes back and
maybe throws on another show for people who have
the tickets or something... :(
Leah from Vancouver, British Columbia
LAME
This was not entertaining at all...
First, we were subjected to what I can
only describe a hard sales
presentation by the sponsers. When
Ellen finally appeared she was
interviewed and asked the most
boring, predictable and mundane
questions. Anyone who's watched
Ellen's show wouldn't have learned
anything about Ellen. Not. Worth. My.
Hard. Earned. Money. So angry and
dissapointed.
Sue Simard from Victoria , British Columbia
CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN
Seeing Ellen was at the top of my bucket list.I have been a devoted faithful fan for
many years and was so looking forward to seeing her live. I was beyond disappointed.
We spent $640. for 2 tickets. The ferry was another $200. It was a complete waste of
money. We left feeling manipulated and empty. We did not pay to hear TD bank, Telus
and Chamber of Commerce tell us how amazing they are. Oh, but I guess we did. How
could this happen? Ellen is a woman of integrity who is in control of her life so its hard
to understand how she could have agreed to this type of interview? She's also a very
wealthy woman. I am going to ask for a rebate. I'm sure many others feel the same.
Lisa DBO from Vancouver, British Columbia
OVER RATED AT 1 STAR
I have to agree with the other reviews read on
this site. Still perplexed how tickets could be so
high priced when the event was “sponsored “
by three companies/organizations that I won’t
even name who spent an hour extolling their
wonderfulness for hiring/promoting women
and having inclusive workplaces. Are you
kidding me, you should be run out of town if
you don’t! The entertainment was good, but
why did we bring in someone from Toronto, no
local talent??? A slap in the face to our local
artists. The fawning interviewer (again no one
local available?) lobbed soft ball questions at
Ellen who seemed to be totally off her game.
Perhaps she too was disgusted with the whole
event or ? All in all a total disappointment.
Angela from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED
I had purchased 4 tickets To see Ellen with
family and was definitely disappointed. We
rushed out of our dinner to arrive at Rogers
Arena by 7pm, only to realize that corporate
sponsors were doing long talks and unknown
artist performed for an hour before Ellen was
even coming on. When she finally came on,
they showed video montages, clips from her
show, and talked about things that anyone
who watches her show or has access to Google
could have known. The conversation was
completely scripted and lackluster. She also
wouldn’t answer a question because she said
that question is answered “in her Netflix
special coming out in December”... so why did I
pay $175 a ticket then? Might as well have
stayed home in my PJ’s and watched Netflix
and saved myself $700. Sorry Ellen - love you
and you’re funny and sweet, but that was not
what anyone expected or paid for. :(

LOVE ELLEN BUT NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Show was suppose to be 7-10pm but ended at
9pm. Ellen only came on stage for about an
hour. The host was lacklustre and didn’t
engage with the audience much nor was any of
the material covered worth an almost $400 a
seat ticket!
Tim from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN RIP-OFF
1 hour of ads and self-congratulations from TD, Telus, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Then 45 minutes of Ellen sitting in an armchair answering softball Q's from an
adoring interviewer. Then home. Gee, can I say underwhelming?
Susan from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Very disappointed over Ellen’s 45 minute
performance. Spent $110 to hear from a bunch
of sponsors and very little from Ellen.
Patti from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOTHING NEW
Seemed like a huge push/trailer for Netflix and
her upcoming special. Learned nothing new
about her and the moderator was sickly sweet.
He seemed to share the stage with equal time
given to him to gush and share. Huge
disappointment 🙁
Kim from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN
As per the other comments above, we too were disappointed with the evening. We rushed through our dinner to arrive in our seats by 7 pm and were totally stunned with the 1st 50 minutes. We did enjoy Ellen but as someone else mentioned, it was almost entirely scripted and there was very little interaction with the audience, and way too short.
So unfortunate, because we had been so looking forward to this evening.
I don't think I will ever go to another event like this at Rogers Arena..
Vicky from Vancouver, British Columbia
A CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN
Unfortunately I agree with all of the negative comments. It was really disappointing.
My daughter and I love Ellen so much and we were really looking forward to seeing
her & enjoying her infectious personality. Unfortunately, apart from a couple of
"pearls of wisdom" such as "remember how to play" and "do what makes you
happy," we got nothing out of the show. Ellen appeared "flat" and to be honest,
disinterested. Such a pity. Thankfully we only bought tickets in the nosebleeds.
Can't imagine how we would feel if we had paid more.
Wendy from abbotsford, bc
NO LAUGHS.
The events was a total disappointment. no laughs, no dancing, no engagement, nothing interactive, nothing we didn't already know. AND IT WASN'T CHEAP! If I had know Ellen was poorly interviewed for about an hour and the rest was a waste of our valuable time, myself and many others would've just stayed home!
Barb from Vancouver, British Columbia
ELLEN - OMG, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Ellen, did she want to be in Vancouver? I don’t think
so. I was so disappointed. She was uninspiring.
She did not engage her audience. Did I pay to hear
the bragging rights of her sponsors for half the show?
Apparently I did. Did I pay for a one on one of more
bragging rights plus TV clips of her shows which I had
seen before? Apparently I did that too. Did I pay for
an entertainer who tried to do some Neil Diamond
songs I think? Guess so. I thought I was paying for
the real ELLEN - someone who is high energy,
entertaining and lovable. Well that ELLEN was
nowhere to be found on this night. Ellen fidgeted
most of the night and everything she did or said was
forced. I could not wait for the end and I paid $465
for my ticket in sec 105 row 1 seat 105. Refund
coming when?

CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN OCTOBER 19TH 2018 ROGERS ARENA
Was ecstatic and overjoyed to see Ellen on stage Live. She is great, inspiring, funny to
watch as usual. However, was utterly disappointed and disgusted by the organisers which
use the show as part of their marketing efforts. Majority of the show time went to
corporates advertising, and some random performance. Disappointed!
Sharon from Langley, British Columbia
A CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN
I was so looking forward to seeing this show and was highly disappointed at the length
of Ellen talking, it was advertised as a 3 hour show and it was only 2 hours with 1 hour
of speeches from people we had no idea who they were and Ellen was on stage for only
1 hour, ticket prices were not cheap and I can't help but feel ripped off. Don't get me
wrong when Ellen was on stage it was good but it certainly wasn't long enough to justify
the ticket prices.

ELLEN IN VANCOUVER
The show was awful I expected to have a feel
for Ellen her infectious personality was not
shining through terrible interview no
interaction with the audience or at least
minimal filled with advertisers all that time
wasting people’s good money travel from all
over for a lot of people who deserved a show if
I could I’d demand my money back
Mochelle from Vancouver, British Columbia
NOT AS ADVERTISED!
Love Ellen hated this event. She was only there for 50
mins total. I felt it was more the muscician and
sponsers and moderator than Ellen. The questions
asked as a fan it was stuff I already knew. I imagined
her talking on topics of the day things fan didn't
know like prescidency in the states etc. The script like
conversation between the moderator and Ellen felt
extremely forced and disgenuine. What's
disappointing is paying $400 for 2 tickets for less
than 50 minutes of Ellen as time was filled by
watching videos. I will be requesting money back. A
lot of money was made with this event and it wasn't
as advertised.
Frank from Toronto, Ontario
ELLEN DIDN’T SEEM HERSELF.
I was looking so forward to seeing Ellen for the first time live. The first 15-20 minutes was taken up by some hosts that I wasn’t familiar with, the. They had a band play around 4-5 songs. Never heard of the band before. Then Ellen finally came on. She seemed tired and not really wanting to be there. There was no interaction with the audience other than when a lady got up out her seat to go to the washroom. Overall I found it very boring. Wish she would have done what she usually does on her show. This was badly prepared. Definitely not worth the money.
Amy Little from Toronto, Ontario
CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN
My sister and I took my mom to Ellen this evening at the Scotiabank theatre. We paid $900 for our tickets and it was a big waste of money. It was nice to see Ellen but it was boring and we were expecting so much more. We already knew her story. We wanted her to show her amazing energy, get up and dance and have some celebrities on her show. Ellen should issue refunds to those who were disappointed with her show.
Rose from Toronto, Ontario
ELLEN TORONTO
SHAME on you ellen and co!
Over $400 for 2 tickets
Ellen to us is contagious laughter, human kindness and so much more.
After purchasing tickets thinking Ellen ! Extremely Disappointed and have never spend so much $$$ on any show . Saw Gaga there and worth every penny. Read reviews after ticket purchase and shocked to sit and listen to a pathetic interviewer with such a sad, dismal performance.
Luckily advocated to sit with my amazing daughter amongst others with mobility challenges as my ticket was in another area.
Scotia bank , all individuals in accessible seating had one to one attendants except. group next to us brought 3 others with Grandma , perhaps that’s why I couldn’t originally get a seat with my daughter. Staff were great to accommodate especially as medical issues become a serious issue.
Ellen stop this absolute nonsense. My daughter and her incredible Easter Seals friends and families face mortality daily as well as divorce, trauma etc but know PERSEVERANCE!!
Kathleen George from Toronto, Ontario
ITS NOT WHAT YOU THINK
I am a huge fan of Ellen, and although it was wonderful to see her, the show itself was very disappointing. There was no energy or audience engagement like you typically see from Ellen on her talk show. The questions were boring and basically about things you would already know. Not one story she talked about was memorable in any way. The opening act was boring. The whole event was lack lustre. Sorry Ellen, not your fault but the fault of the event organizers.
Germaine M from Toronto, Ontario
DISAPPOINTING
I was expecting more from the show. Like a lot of jokes, stand up comedy, but it was a waste of time and money. Tickets were not cheap. Too much of unwanted talking from the Host. Terrible host and too much of unwanted questions. Calgary beware, if it is going to be held there, you WANT more than what TORONTO experienced.
June from Toronto, Ontario
SOOOOOO BORING !!!
So feeling angry on getting totally ripped off. The intro with Lisa Laflamme and the Tenors was ridiculous, and when the interviewer is introduced , crickets, like who is this guy, so dry, zero humor, Ellen did her best to crack some jokes, but seriously everything discussed was nothing new. Feeling disgusted that I spent $172.00 for nothing, to look at Ellen on a tv screen. What a waste. Love you Ellen, should have saved my money to come to your show. Thumbs down on the Q&A.
Donna Hendry from Tiverton, Ontario
FEELING RIPPED OFF
Love Ellen, hate the fact I spent $1000.00 to be bored! 4 hours of driving to celebrate my 3 daughters birthdays. Shame on Ellen and the organizers. Feeling bad for my daughters 😔
Lisa from Toronto, Ontario
WHERE WAS ELLEN?
So excited to see her and I must say boring... I looked around to see if anyone else was engaged in this... I felt horrible for the family of four whose kids were so excited to be at an Ellen performance just to be totally bored and disappointed...
Ellen we love you because you make us happy and you are you.... last night you seemed down and serious... why? that's not you - you get us through those really tough times... I love the child in you... it speaks to my child but last night the child was not there... put the grown up away... boring.
Nanci from Toronto, Ontario
DISAPPOINTING
I went into this blind - no idea what to expect and was hugely disappointed. It was a waste of time and was way way too expensive. I love Ellen’s talk show but will never do anything like this again. Also to be told that now we know about Dian Fossey because of Ellen is ridiculous.
Chris from Uxbridge
DISAPPOINTING
Went to the show in Toronto March 3 2pm. Very disappointed. Ellen seemed very uninterested in being there. It was not funny, energetic or interesting. Seen many people get up and leave and never returned. Was so excited to see Ellen and left there feeling very disappointed. Feeling ripped off
