ELLEN - OMG, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Ellen, did she want to be in Vancouver? I don’t think so. I was so disappointed. She was uninspiring. She did not engage her audience. Did I pay to hear the bragging rights of her sponsors for half the show? Apparently I did. Did I pay for a one on one of more bragging rights plus TV clips of her shows which I had seen before? Apparently I did that too. Did I pay for an entertainer who tried to do some Neil Diamond songs I think? Guess so. I thought I was paying for the real ELLEN - someone who is high energy, entertaining and lovable. Well that ELLEN was nowhere to be found on this night. Ellen fidgeted most of the night and everything she did or said was forced. I could not wait for the end and I paid $465 for my ticket in sec 105 row 1 seat 105. Refund coming when?

CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN OCTOBER 19TH 2018 ROGERS ARENA

Was ecstatic and overjoyed to see Ellen on stage Live. She is great, inspiring, funny to watch as usual. However, was utterly disappointed and disgusted by the organisers which use the show as part of their marketing efforts. Majority of the show time went to corporates advertising, and some random performance. Disappointed!

A CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN

I was so looking forward to seeing this show and was highly disappointed at the length of Ellen talking, it was advertised as a 3 hour show and it was only 2 hours with 1 hour of speeches from people we had no idea who they were and Ellen was on stage for only 1 hour, ticket prices were not cheap and I can't help but feel ripped off. Don't get me wrong when Ellen was on stage it was good but it certainly wasn't long enough to justify the ticket prices.

ELLEN IN VANCOUVER

The show was awful I expected to have a feel for Ellen her infectious personality was not shining through terrible interview no interaction with the audience or at least minimal filled with advertisers all that time wasting people’s good money travel from all over for a lot of people who deserved a show if I could I’d demand my money back

NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Love Ellen hated this event. She was only there for 50 mins total. I felt it was more the muscician and sponsers and moderator than Ellen. The questions asked as a fan it was stuff I already knew. I imagined her talking on topics of the day things fan didn't know like prescidency in the states etc. The script like conversation between the moderator and Ellen felt extremely forced and disgenuine. What's disappointing is paying $400 for 2 tickets for less than 50 minutes of Ellen as time was filled by watching videos. I will be requesting money back. A lot of money was made with this event and it wasn't as advertised.

ELLEN DIDN’T SEEM HERSELF.

I was looking so forward to seeing Ellen for the first time live. The first 15-20 minutes was taken up by some hosts that I wasn’t familiar with, the. They had a band play around 4-5 songs. Never heard of the band before. Then Ellen finally came on. She seemed tired and not really wanting to be there. There was no interaction with the audience other than when a lady got up out her seat to go to the washroom. Overall I found it very boring. Wish she would have done what she usually does on her show. This was badly prepared. Definitely not worth the money.

CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN

My sister and I took my mom to Ellen this evening at the Scotiabank theatre. We paid $900 for our tickets and it was a big waste of money. It was nice to see Ellen but it was boring and we were expecting so much more. We already knew her story. We wanted her to show her amazing energy, get up and dance and have some celebrities on her show. Ellen should issue refunds to those who were disappointed with her show.
